The Great Wall of China

• When I go to see The Great Wall of China I want to learn a lot of history on it. I am going to eat some Chinese food from China OMG I am so excited. I plan to see exactly how tall is it compared to me. Because you know I think that I am pretty tall.......... Just Kidding I am really short. Well Taller than some shorter than others. But any way I am going to have a blast.


• It is about 25 feet tall. It is 15 to 30 feet wide. It is one of the great wonders of the world. It expands over 400 miles. It is in the Asia Pacific region. It is Huge. You would really get a work out climbing it WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tajmahal

• When I go to the Tajahal I want to see how pretty it is. I saw in the Cheetah girls how pretty it was and I want to see what they saw. I want to be able to say I stepped foot in Bali wood. I hear a lot of movies were filmed there.



• It was built by Mughal shan Jaha in mind of his wife. It has 2 to 4 million visitors annualy. It is open 6 am to 7 pm on weekdays. It took 22 years to create. The construction started in 1631.

Rio de Janeiro

• My cousin said that Rio de Janeiro is the prettiest thing in the world and I want to see what she is talking about. so when I go to see Rio de Janeiro I am going to see if I think that it is as pretty as she says it is. I am super excited.


• Rio de Janeiro is the second largest city of Brazil. It is in the southeast region. The song of Rio de Janeiro is " Cidade Maravilhosa." Its official language is Portugese. The currency is Brazilian real.

The leaning tower of pisa

• When I go to see the leaning tower of Pisa I am going to see what the text books are talking about. I want to see if it is really like it is about to fall over at any time. I want to make a really cool. I want to see and learn some of the history about it while I am there too.


• It is known for its amazing tilt. It is 185 feet tall. It is also 8 stories. If you ask me I think that it is absolutely amazing. The process of building it started in 1173 and didn't end until 1350. It weighs about 14,700 metric tons. WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!!

The Bahamas

• When I go to the Bahamas I am going to go to the veches and hang out in my swimming suite. It is going to be really hot, but I am still going to have fun on my trip. I plan to learn a lot of new things when I go and even maybe see some new creatures. I might learn some new dances I plan to be open to everything.


• The bahamas became an inependent nation on July 10, 1973. Bahamian money is equal to the American dollar and it is interchangable. The life expectancy for the bahamas is 72 years of age. The literact percent is 96. The Bahamas official language is English.

Jamaica

• When I go to Jamaica I plan to talk to Jamaican boys. I am going to practice my Jamaican accent ( yeah maan) lol......... I am going to have so much fun. I am going to try some different food, and I am going to learn some more about there culture. I really hope I don't get too dark I like my carmel shade.


• The Awark and Taino indeginous people oringinated from South America settled on the island between 4000 and 1000 BC. Christopher Columbus claimed jamaica as Spain after landing there in 1494. Jamaica got its inependence from the United Kingdom in 1962. Jamaica's official language is English.

Worlds of Fun

• When I go to Worlds of Fun I am going to ride a lot of rides. I am going to eat a lot of junk feed too. I am scared of roller coasters but I just might get on one. I will have to see. I am going to explore the park doing things that I have never done before like getting a temporary tattoo. I think that sounds fun. I am going to get dizzy and wild!!!!!
• The park opened in 1973. It was origionally built by Lamar Hunt and Jack Steadman. In 1995 Hunt- Midwest sold Worlds of Fun to Cedar Fair Entertainment Co. It costed 322 Million Dollars to open worlds of Fun. Worlds of fun was built 10 years before Oceans of Fun.

Houston, Texas

  When I go to Houston I want to go see all of my family. I was born there and I go there almost every summer. It is always so hot you want to kill yourself but it never gets old. There is so much to do. I want to go the beach, I go there ever time that I go to Houston, and the salt may hurt my eyes but I still have fun. I also want to go see my aunt Sandi she just got a new house built and it is huge so I want to go stay with her. Someday I plan to move to Houston and reunite with my family.
• Houston, Texas is the second largest state in the world. Houston has a population of 1.9 million people. More than 90 Languages are spoken throughout the Houston area. Houston is the fourth largest city in the United States. It is the energy capital of the world.

Stone Mountain

• When I go to Stone Mountain in Georgia I am going to go climb the mountain. I have done it a lot but I used to complain when I did it so now I want to see if I can do it without complaining. When I walk up and back down it usually takes about 45 minutes total. Then I want to go see the Laser Shows they do I was always scared to go there, because I was always scared of fire works I think I still am but I would have to see. I also want to visit my mother she lives there and I live in Iowa because she works a lot.
• Stone Mountain is the largest exposed granite dome in North America.It has a summit elevation of 1,683 feet. I have climbed it it is very high. At its base it is more than 5 miles circumference. My mom has walked all five, "she is a very strong woman."It is known for its bas-relief on its north face, it is the largest bas- relief in the world. The large granite dome extends under ground to several surrounding counties.

The Statue of Liberty

• When I go to see the statue of liberty I want to take a lot of pictures. I went when I was a baby and I don't remember what I saw so I am going to make a new memory. I am going to see it. I am going to read a lot of history about it and I am going to try my best to learn as much as I can while I am at the Statue of Liberty. The rest of the time that I am going to be there I am going to visit all the attractions.
• The Statue of Liberty started its birth in France in 1875. Sculptor Frederic Auguste Bartholdi was commissioned to design the sculpture. It was made to commemorate centennial of the American Declaration of Independence. The United Stated lighthouse board had the responsibility for the operation of the Statue of Liberty until 1901, then the War Department took control of responsibility.

Preparation for my trip around the world

• This is a blog post about how I prepared for my trip around the world. First, I got together everywhere that I was going to go. Then I got the money together. I booked all of my airplane tickets. I figured about how many clothing items that I will need to bring. And then i checked out the weather to know what kind of clothing I would need to bring.
